Why should you hire me for your Florida judgment collection?

My experience and past success can increase your chances of collecting upon your Florida judgment. I collect on judgments worth as little as a few thousand dollars to over a million dollars. I use aggressive methods that work and don’t like to waste time. While my office is in Naples, I can handle judgment collection cases all around Florida.

I also have access to databases and private investigators that can speed up finding assets of debtors and their bank accounts.

While debt collection agencies handle accounts in bulk, I focus on each case and give it the personal attention it deserves.

To be clear, not all debts are collectible. Some debtors can really have little or no money. My job is to properly evaluate how collectible is your judgment, then use my knowledge and resources to aggressively pursue the debtor and their assets.

About Todd M. Rich, Esq.

Todd M. Rich, Esq. graduated from Emory University in 2001, and later obtained his law degree from University of Florida in 2007. He has been a civil litigator since graduating from law school, and handles a wide range of civil matters.

He currently is an associate with Holmes Fraser, P.A. in Naples, FL, and specializes in judgment collection and enforcement. He handles the majority of his cases in Collier and Lee County, but will handle cases in other counties as well.

He has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine for the years 2015, 2016, and 2017.  This award is given to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in Florida.

He is a member of the Florida Bar (#51451) and also admitted to the Middle District of Florida and Southern District of Florida.
